Brian Levy

President and Chief Executive Officer

As a co-founder of Open Solutions Group, Inc. (OpenSGI), Mr. Levy is currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer and brings 12 years of professional and applied experience in web-based geospatial application design and development, knowledge discovery, and program management. Throughout his career, Mr. Levy has supported key customers such as the Defense Intelligence Agency, Marine Corps Intelligence Activity, Raytheon Systems, National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Defense Logistics Agency. In the aftermath of September 11, 2001, Mr. Levy volunteered his time to support the City of New York’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC). His main focal points are to identify and explore new technology focus areas, develop key partnerships with industry leaders, and to ensure that OpenSGI offerings provide the most cost effective and high technology solutions through open innovation and industry collaboration.

 

Frank Porcelli

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

As a co-founder of OpenSGI, Mr. Porcelli brings over 14 years of professional experience in Software Engineering and Geospatial Information Systems. Mr. Porcelli’s experience includes program management, architecture design and modeling, database administration, systems integration and software development. Mr. Porcelli began his career as a Software Engineer, developing digital signal processing software for the US Navy. He later served as a Program Manager and Principal Software Engineer for the United States Marine Corps, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the National Ground Intelligence Center. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg, Virginia. He has been pivotal in ensuring the OpenSGI mission is carried out in all endeavors, while maintaining effective and agile growth in the marketplace.
